Missing completed course/certificates in NurseCE4Less

Hello, NurseCE4Less has posted multiple CMEs to my CEBroker account, as verified by a PDF transcript report I ran via my CEBroker account. Plus, I remember completing my CME hour requirements. BUT many of these courses are missing from my “completed courses” in my NurseCE4Less account and I need to obtain my certificates! Has anyone experienced this/can anyone offer feedback? I have contacted customer support of both CEBroker and NurseCE4Less…am awaiting on a response from the latter. The former told me the latter is responsible for providing the certificates. (I definitely learned my lesson though-will save these on my computer going forward!) Thanks!

This was just my wifi and using my Laptop to finish everything. The ones that showed not done was last year but no problem.

YES. I AM A PSYCHOLOGIST AND FINISHED THE COURSE AND TEST ON TELEHEALTH, ETHICS AND MENTAL HEALTH. THERE ARE NO RECORDS OF MY TAKING AND COMPLETING THE COURSE. I HAVE TAKEN COURSES FROM THEM BEFORE AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM.

Your organization has been very helpful in the past. My issue is that I was starting my (what I thought to be my second course) and I looked to see how my credits would satisfy California laws for psychologists.

I could not find (and I spent a good deal of time searching....) the course I took and received 90% in mid August.

It was the on the subject of Mental Health, Ethics and Telehealth  E244B  or CA06I believe.  I see there are at least 2 courses offered. Unfortunately, I became quite ill shortly thereafter and did not print my certificate.
